RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Gloss Nest Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items marked as final sale
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at kopalskyvano@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kopalskyvano@gmail.com with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or PayPal. If the issue persists, contact us at kopalskyvano@gmail.com.
